Our programs are designed to educate Anderson County youth through the following physician driven programs:
Elementary Schools
"Tar Wars" - an interactive anti-smoking program for 5th graders in all 5 districts of Anderson County. Presentations are given by DOCLINK staff, physicians when available, Anderson College Early Education majors, and other community volunteers. |

"Too Good for Drugs II" - Booklets are provided for every single student, K-5th grades, in all districts of Anderson County |

Middle Schools
"ASAP Day"
Anderson Student Awareness Anderson Student Awareness Day is completed once a year for select Anderson County Middle School students. The objective of ASAP Day is to increase the knowledge of risk behaviors, resistance skills, and team building/leadership skills of students from each middle school. |

Tobacco/Alcohol/Drugs & Nutrition
A modified version of our 'Strategies' program is given to 8th graders at Southwood Middle School every semester. o
Trauma Trauma/Injury prevention is presented to students in Health & PE at Starr/Iva Middle School Student A mod |

"Strategies for Success" -
Education on tobacco, alcohol, other drug use, nutrition and exercise, trauma prevention, and relationship violence to 9th graders in Districts 4 & 5..

Summer Safety Programs
Summer presentations cover the topics of: Sun Protection, Water Safety, and Poison Protection - for youth ages 4 - 14 years old throughout Anderson County during the months of May-August.
